ARTICLE 1-PARTIES

ARTICLE 1.1-SELLER

Hereinafter referred to as" seller".

ARTICLE 1.2-BUYER

ARTICLE 2-WEBSITE

ARTICLE 4-INFORMATION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS/PRODUCTS/SERVICES SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The services subject to this agreement are the sale of services through the website on the transport of passengers by vehicle and the provision of passenger transport services to the buyer on whose behalf electronic booking is arranged. As soon as the buyer terminates the service order specified in this agreement via the website, the service subject to the contract is deemed to have been delivered. It is considered to have accepted and committed that it will comply with the rules contained in the contract and perform its actions with delivery.

ARTICLE 5-BUYER'S COMMITMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

The buyer, the subject of this contract, the basic characteristics of the passenger transport service, the rules of passenger transport, the sale price and payment method, as well as all the information about the delivery and the necessary confirmation in electronic form that he has read and knowledge. ARTICLE 6-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

ARTICLE 7-BOOKING AND TRANSPORT RULES

7-the service fee is only the equivalent of transport between departure and destinations. The places on the reservation cannot be changed. It does not cover any other services offered unless additional charges are charged by the seller.

8-if the fee is paid in a currency other than the currency in which it was announced, the evaluation will be made at the Central Bank Foreign Exchange purchase rate at the time of purchase of the reservation.

9-a specific seat number is not guaranteed in the vehicle.

ARTICLE 8-REFUSAL AND LIMITATION OF TRANSPORT

Passengers who are refused transportation will not be refunded by the seller and compensation will not be paid under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 9-ITEMS NOT CONSIDERED BAGGAGE

1-it is prohibited to carry firearms and ammunition used outside of hunting and sports purposes as baggage. Firearms and ammunition for hunting and sporting purposes may be considered checked baggage to the extent that it complies with the carrier rules. Firearm safety must be closed without ammunition and properly packed.

2-the seller may refuse to carry any object as baggage due to its size, shape, weight and nature.

3-the seller may refuse to carry the baggage if it is not placed in bags and suitcases or other suitable containers to ensure safe transport with Normal care.

4-passengers have free baggage allowance.

5-at the destination, passengers can receive their baggage after all the baggage has been lowered from the vehicle.

ARTICLE 10-TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS

1-animals with a valid vaccine and health certificate may be accepted for transport, provided that they are agreed in advance with the seller.

ARTICLE 11-CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP AND REFUND OF THE FEE

1-services purchased under this agreement may not be requested by the seller to change the passenger, date, time and location information in any way. Buyer agrees and undertakes that he will not change the services purchased under this agreement in any way after confirmation of the sale and will not request a refund.

2-the service fee is not refunded to the passenger who cannot travel due to the fact that he is not allowed to ride in the vehicle by the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 12-TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE

1-All rights and savings rights of the website subject to this agreement belong to and the person who enters and uses the site is considered to have accepted the rules of Use and agreement of the site. reserves the right to change any information on the site, including the terms of the contract.
